I have a similar situation. I don't use any templates but in the real exam I have abnormally low extended speaking 12-17 approximately while in apeuni mock DI and RL are always 60+.

It couldn't be a microphone issue because short speaking is fine. Apparently I penalized for something during extended speaking and I have no idea why.
