Hi Team ,I had issues the day I wrote my test ,The screen went blank when I started the test and then i raised my hand for about 5 minutes and noone came to assist and came after 5 min ,then tried something but didnt work then I got moved to a new desk but got so frustrated so they gave me a case number which i reported the issue.Will they refund my money? Anyone knows?

You can check E2 test prep, the guy who owns this is part of Pearson as well! Since it is a conflict of interest he doesnt work directly now, but some involvement is there for sure. But their mock test is expensive USD 79
