You should appeal only if you are 200% confident that your scores should have been better. Moreover, you should ideally use it only in case of modules where the answers are clear. Appealing for speaking section is most likely going to be no use since even if you spoke well but microphone didn't capture it well, how do you expect to get it rechecked.
