Grammar Rule 28: When you use “lest” (meaning so that not or to avoid), it introduces a subordinate clause that always uses “should”, no matter what tense the main clause is in.

Structure: Main clause + lest + subject + should + base verb

Examples:
- He studies hard lest he should fail. (Meaning: He studies hard to avoid failing.)
- They left early lest they should miss the train. (Even though “left” is past tense, we still use “should.”)
- Work quietly lest you should disturb others. (Even in imperative sentences, “should” follows “lest.”)

Q: Why do I get better marks on APEUNI app on phone, but always get very poor scores on my laptop?

A: Phone mics are quite sensitive and also advanced with noise cancellation features which are updated on a frequent basis and since almost everyone uses phones these days, the Ai software's and technologies of phones are so advanced that even if you say something in a messed up voice, it will analyse and modulate your tone as per your ethnicity and adjust and then get the best possible and closest answer possible according to people of your place. So, no matter how bad you speak, your words are going to be recognized and that is why get better scores on applications.

Whereas, when you come to laptop and headphones, these are not so advanced and are usually not that much updated to satisfy all its customers, so if you are speaking something in a wrong way, then definitely, it won't get recognized. So, the problem is not with the website, it is the way with which we have always felt that we are doing correct, while speaking in the wrong way.

So, no matter what, even if you are getting poor scores. Don't give up because that's the reality of your performance and speaking levels. Fix your issues and improve your skills as soon as possible, to get your desired scores faster, instead of satisfying yourself with the fake high scores of mobile applications.

One of the most important trends of today's world is the sudden upsurge in the statement that ( essay topic). There is a widespread worry that this will lead to myriad of concerns in the world. This essay will discuss the advantages and disadvantages of the above statement which are related to ( main keywords in essay).
To commence with, there are several arguments in favour of my stance. The most important one not only includes betterment of society but also includes the positive development of every individual on the planet. Because of the countless benefits, not only can one gain more when it comes to being successful and effective, but they can also improve their efficiency, productivity, and quality of life with a great deal of efficacy and convenience.
Another crucial factor in the aforementioned statement is that it is only likely to assist one to flourish, progress and excel in a variety of fields and disciplines. Hence, it is evident why many are in favour of (main keywords in essay).
Lastly, in my opinion, the government of Australia is taking a great initiative in educating its citizens against the negative impact of the statement that (essay topic ). Citizens are being encouraged to follow the applicable laws as well as rules and regulations to promote prosperity, productivity, efficiency, and a positive environment in the world.(Anyone using this template

Hello guys, i have question now write from dictation recently i took mock test and i did the 100% correct, but extra word cut and deduct the mark also is this true? At tge same mock test score also very low while languages academy have very good score please help.

Fareed hi I’m trying for 79+ in all section,
Practicing mainly in APE - getting around 70-75 in read aloud , 80 in repeat sentence and 70-75 in describe image

Will there be any difference in mark in real exam?
Basically I want to know whether people who got cleared with 80-90 marks , did they consistently scored 85 above in all their practise tests?
