Role and Responsibilities
1. Mechanical Design of static equipment of Shell and tube type heat exchangers and PVElite software experience preferred .
2. Conversant with international codes and standards such as ASME, TEMA, API, NACE, IBR codes etc.
3. Prepare design calculation report/check fabrication drawings etc.
4. Should have been worked in preferably manufacturing companies involved in process equipment/power plant equipment
5. Should have designed/ checked calculations & drawings of various equipment using design softwares like PVElite, Autocad, etc.
Qualification & Skills
1. Qualification - BE or B Tech Mechanical
2. Experience - Minimum 2 - 12 years
3. Software Knowledge - PVElite

? Stability calculation for process columns including all international codes and standards i.e. ASCE, UBC, SNiP, IS etc.
? Fatigue analysis of cyclic service equipment using Nozzle Pro, FE/Pipe and ANSYS software
? Strength calculation for pressure and non-pressure parts using AutoPipe vessel (earlier name was Microprotol) and PV elite software
? Able to work with independently and to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
