Forgive me in advance for my lack of knowledge. I see there are two proposals : Proposal to burn preissued XTN on the Neutrino smart contract and Proposal to invest XTN treasury funds into the Waves Index (WIND) pool that have been voted but not broadcasted ( as far as I can understand). Why so? What is happening to these proposals? Are they getting into places?
