While patient scores can exceed 10 based on the scoring criteria, the validation logic enforces a strict upper limit of 10, incorrectly marking higher scores as invalid. This inconsistency creates false negatives during score validation.
Summary: The scoring system and its validation logic are misaligned, causing valid scores (like 1.5 and scores exceeding 10) to be flagged as invalid.
