የጭንቀት ሱስ
የጭንቀት ሱስ ማለት፣ “ሁሉም ነገር አሁኑኑ መፍትሄ ካልተሰጠው በስተቀር ከቁጥጥር ውጪ ይሆናል” በማለት የመጨናነቅ ልማድ ማለት ነው፡፡
ከዚህ አይነቱ የጭንቀት “ሱስ” ለመላቀቅ በየዕለቱ የሚገጥሙንን ሁኔታዎች ከፋፍሎ ማየት አስፈላጊ ነው፡፡
1. አፋጣኝ ትኩረት የሚፈልጉ ነገሮች
ትኩረት ሰጥተን መፍትሄ ካላገኘንላቸው አስጊ የሆኑ ሁኔታዎች፡፡
“ምን አስጨነቀኝ” በሚል ሰበብ እነዚህን ሁኔታዎች ችላ ካልን ጊዜው ከዘገዬ በኋላ እንድንባንን እንሆናለን፡፡ ለምሳሌ፣ እንደ ህመም ያለ፣ ወይም ደግሞ የልጆች ባህሪይ ሲበላሽ እንደማየት ያሉትን ሁኔታዎች እያዩ ከመጨነቅም ሆነ ከመዘናጋት ይልቅ በቶሎ መፍትሄ የሚገኝበትን መንገድ መፈለግ ተገቢ ነው፡፡
2. ትንሽ ጊዜ የሚሰጡን ነገሮች
ከእነሱ ለባሱ ነገሮች ትኩረት ብንሰጥ ጊዜን የሚሰጡን ሁኔታዎች፡፡
ከአስቸኳይ ሁኔታዎች እኩል ለእነዚህ ሁኔታዎች መጨናነቅ መስመር ወደሳተ ስሜታዊነት ይጨምረናል፡፡ ለምሳሌ ከአንድ አመት በኋላ የሚከፈል መጠኑ አነስተኛ የሆነ ብድር ካለብን አሁን በእጃችን ላይ ያሉ ሌሎች አጣዳፊ ሁኔታዎች ላይ ለማተኮር ጊዜ ሊሰጠን ስለሚችል ከመጨነቅ ይልቅ እቅድ ማውጣቱ ተመራጭ ነው፡፡
3. ዝም ብንላቸው በራሳቸው ጊዜ መስመር የሚይዙ ነገሮች
መጨነቅም ሆነ ምንም ምላሽ ልንሰጣቸው የማይገባን ሁኔታዎች፡፡
አንዳንድ ሁኔታዎች የራሳቸውን ጊዜ ጨርሰው እስኪተነፍሱ ድረስ መተው ያለብን ነገሮች ናቸው፡፡ ለምሳሌ፣ በየጊዜው የሚቀያየር ባህሪይ ያላቸው ሰዎች ይህ እንደነፋስ እየመጣ የሚሄደውን ባህሪያቸውን እያሰቡ ለመፍትሄ ከመጨነቅ ይልቅ ዝም ብሎ በሌሎች ወሳኝ ነገሮች ላይ ማተኮር ይበጃል፡፡ እነሱ ሲበቃቸውና ሲሰለቻቸው ያቆማሉ፡፡
