And this is intended to be used as CLI tool

Not really sure what you want with it

Its intent is to stream the content to a local (usually VLC instance) player

Not quite sure you can use GitHub actions to do anything
It does NOT have a VLC and even if it did, it has no graphics
Its only terminal based, no GUI, so no video streams

GitHub actions are CI/CD pipelines (usually running in docker containers)

I dont think there is AppImage for it
Those are usually standalone packaged applications

Those two are very diffrent...

Guess you can make your own Dockerimage and set it up the way you want
