do you know what's funny? a rep from pyypl called me on the phone and she said we couldn't confirm/process your refund because there's a glitch on our system that happened the day the merchant processed the refund from their end, that makes them unable to track the refund and won't know if it arrived or not... A glitch on their system that prevented tracking all the refund happened around that day/period of time.

Now... logically who's fault is it? The consumer (Us) or the merchant or Pyypl? the answer is Pyypl. Now who's getting affected by it? The consumer (Us) or Pyypl? The consumer (Us)... We're the one who's struggling to get their money back from Pyypl, because of a glitch on their system and they should be responsible for it, not the consumer (Us).
