🚨 SSC Notice: Answer Key Challenge / Objection System — पूरी Guidelines 🚨

📌 यह Notice क्या है?
SSC ने अपने Answer Key Challenge / Objection Management System की detailed guidelines जारी की हैं। यह Delhi High Court के Abhi Naitan case [WP(C) 8525/2025] के observations और candidates की grievances के बाद comprehensive review के बाद आई है।
यह guidelines 2026 series की सभी SSC exams और आगामी Departmental Exams पर लागू होंगी।
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
📌 Question Discard कब होगा?
1️⃣ Ambiguous / Incorrect Question / कोई सही option नहीं
▪️ Question discard कर दिया जाएगा
▪️ उस question के marks सभी candidates को मिलेंगे — चाहे attempt किया हो या नहीं
▪️ Discard होने के बाद वो question merit position को affect नहीं करता — merit बाकी questions से decide होती है
2️⃣ Out of Syllabus Question
▪️ SSC का syllabus broadly defined है, इसलिए ऐसा होना rare है
▪️ लेकिन अगर SMEs confirm करें कि question out of syllabus है → question discard
▪️ सभी candidates को marks मिलेंगे — attempt किया हो या नहीं, सही हो या गलत

📌 Multiple Correct Answers वाला Question
▪️ जिसने भी कोई एक correct option चुना → full marks
▪️ जिसने गलत option चुना → negative marking लागू
▪️ जिसने attempt नहीं किया → zero marks
💡 Example: अगर SMEs बोलें कि 3 options सही हैं — तो इन 3 में से कोई भी चुनने वाले को full marks। चौथा (गलत) option चुनने वाले को negative marks। Unattempted = zero marks।
⚠️ अगर चारों options सही हैं → कोई भी option चुनने वाले को full marks, unattempted = zero

📌 Language / Translation Error
▪️ अगर किसी एक language (जैसे Punjabi) में translation error है लेकिन English/Hindi version सही है → question सिर्फ उस language के candidates के लिए discard/adjust होगा
▪️ बाकी languages independently evaluate होंगी
▪️ हर language version अलग-अलग treat होगा
⚠️ Candidates सिर्फ अपने चुने हुए medium/language में answer submit कर सकते हैं (भले ही दोनों versions दिखें)

📌 SSC की Important Warnings — ध्यान से पढ़ें
1️⃣ Hyper-technical objections मत करो
▪️ Minor errors जो question की clarity/intent को affect नहीं करते — ignore किए जाएंगे
▪️ अगर एक "person of ordinary prudence" question समझ सकता है → objection reject होगा
2️⃣ Multiple correct answers का बेवजह claim मत करो
▪️ SMEs "best/most applicable answer" देखते हैं
▪️ जहाँ obvious unique answer है वहाँ multiple correct answers का claim reject होगा
▪️ इसी तरह, जहाँ closest correct option available है वहाँ "no correct answer" का claim भी reject हो सकता है
3️⃣ Objections की संख्या मायने नहीं रखती — merit रखती है
▪️ एक भी strong objection accept हो सकता है
▪️ हज़ारों weak objections reject हो सकते हैं
