🔸 जिन candidates ने application के समय Aadhaar Authentication bypass किया था, उनका biometric exam के दौरान लिए गए biometric से match किया जाएगा। अगर वो भी fail हुआ तो exam के दौरान ली गई photo से face authentication होगा। Fail होने पर candidature cancel हो सकती है।
🔸 Application form में दी गई सारी जानकारी documents से match होनी चाहिए — कोई भी mismatch या false information मिलने पर candidature reject हो सकती है।
🔸 FIX वालों को upgradation नहीं मिलेगी — और non-joining पर vacancy अगले cycle में जाएगी।
🔸 FLOAT वालों को upgraded post मिलने पर join करना ही होगा — नहीं तो पुरानी और नई दोनों posts जाएंगी।
🔸 Commission का decision final और binding होगा।

📌 Declaration Form (Annexure-II)
▪️ IV के दौरान candidate से एक Declaration Form भरवाया जाएगा जिसमें वो अपना FIX/FLOAT choice irrevocably declare करेगा।
▪️ FIX चुनने वाला candidate यह भी acknowledge करेगा कि उससे lower merit वाले FLOAT candidates को higher preference posts मिल सकती हैं।
▪️ Form की दो copies बनेंगी — SSC Copy और Candidate Copy।

💡 FIX vs FLOAT — कौन सा चुनें?
👉 FIX चुनें अगर:
▪️ आप current allotted post से पूरी तरह संतुष्ट हैं
▪️ आप कोई risk नहीं लेना चाहते
▪️ आपकी top preference पहले ही मिल चुकी है
👉 FLOAT चुनें अगर:
▪️ आपको lower preference की post मिली है और आप better post का chance लेना चाहते हैं
▪️ आप यह risk ले सकते हैं कि upgraded post मिलने पर उसे join करना ही होगा
▪️ ⚠️ याद रखें — FLOAT में upgraded post मिलने के बाद join नहीं किया तो दोनों posts जाएंगी

📌 Sliding Mechanism क्या है और क्यों लाया गया?
हर साल SSC में बहुत सारी vacancies इसलिए खाली रह जाती हैं क्योंकि candidates या तो Document Verification में नहीं आते या फिर allot हुए department में join नहीं करते। इस problem को solve करने के लिए SSC ने Sliding Mechanism introduce किया है। इसका मकसद है कि एक ही exam cycle में ज़्यादा से ज़्यादा vacancies भरी जा सकें।
इस बारे में SSC ने 03.03.2026 को पहले भी एक notice जारी किया था। अब 08.04.2026 की यह notice candidates के लिए detailed instructions देती है।

📌 Process कैसे काम करेगा? — Step by Step
1️⃣ First Round Tentative Allocation (FRTA) सबसे पहले candidates को उनकी preferences के आधार पर post/department tentatively allot किया जाएगा — यह मौजूदा system की तरह ही होगा।
2️⃣ Identity Verification (IV) — पहचान सत्यापन
▪️ FRTA के बाद candidates को अपने SSC Regional Director (RD) Office में physically जाकर Identity Verification करानी होगी।
▪️ IV के लिए एक निश्चित दिनों की window दी जाएगी।
▪️ IV में Aadhaar Based Biometric Authentication होगा।
3️⃣ FIX या FLOAT Option चुनना होगा
IV के दौरान candidates को दो में से एक option चुनना अनिवार्य है:
✅ FIX Option:
▪️ मतलब आप अपनी current tentative allocation को final मान रहे हैं।
▪️ आपको किसी भी तरह की upgradation नहीं मिलेगी।
▪️ अगर आप join नहीं करते तो वो vacancy अगले recruitment cycle में जाएगी।
✅ FLOAT Option:
▪️ मतलब आप upgradation के लिए तैयार हैं — अगर कोई better preference की vacancy खाली होती है तो आपको consider किया जाएगा।
▪️ ⚠️ लेकिन ध्यान रखें: अगर आपको upgraded post मिलती है तो join करना अनिवार्य है।
▪️ ⚠️ अगर upgraded post मिलने के बाद join नहीं किया तो पुरानी और नई दोनों posts छीन ली जाएंगी।
4️⃣ Single Sliding Round
▪️ IV में absent रहने वाले candidates से जो vacancies खाली होंगी, उनके लिए सिर्फ एक sliding round चलाया जाएगा।
▪️ यह round केवल FLOAT candidates के लिए होगा — merit + preference के आधार पर।
▪️ कोई waiting list नहीं होगी।
▪️ Multiple rounds नहीं होंगे।
5️⃣ Final Result
▪️ Sliding round के बाद updated final result जारी होगा।
▪️ E-dossiers departments को भेजे जाएंगे Document Verification और appointment के लिए।
▪️ यह final result सभी पर binding होगा।

📌 Slot Booking कैसे करें?
Step 1 — Portal Login:
▪️ SSC Candidate Portal पर login करें।
▪️ Dashboard पर "Identity Verification / Sliding Venue Details" option दिखेगा (सिर्फ qualified candidates को)।
▪️ "View" button पर click करें।
Step 2 — City/State, Date & Shift चुनें:
▪️ अपनी सुविधा के अनुसार City/State, Date और Shift select करें।
▪️ ⚠️ Region एक बार select करने के बाद change नहीं होगा।
Step 3 — Slot Book करें:
▪️ हर दिन 4 slots उपलब्ध हैं: → Slot 1 — 09:00 AM → Slot 2 — 11:00 AM → Slot 3 — 02:00 PM → Slot 4 — 04:00 PM
▪️ 🟢 Green Slot = Available
▪️ 🔴 Red Slot = Full (booking नहीं हो सकती)
▪️ First Come, First Served basis पर slots मिलेंगे।
▪️ ⚠️ Slot एक बार book होने के बाद change नहीं होगा।
Step 4 — Confirmation & Venue Details:
▪️ Slot confirm होने के बाद screen पर candidate info, date, time, venue address दिखेगा।
▪️ इसका printout ज़रूर निकाल लें।
Step 5 — Final Selection Summary:
▪️ अंतिम screen पर पूरी details दिखेंगी — candidate info, selection details (department, post), FIX/FLOAT option, और venue details।

📌 Identity Verification कैसे होगा?
IV में पहचान तीन तरीकों से verify होगी:
1️⃣ Live Photo Capture — verification venue पर
2️⃣ Aadhaar Biometric Authentication — fingerprint/iris
3️⃣ Fingerprint Matching — exam के दौरान record किए गए biometric से match (qmaths)
तीनों में successful verification के बाद ही candidate को आगे की process के लिए eligible माना जाएगा।

📌 IV के दिन क्या ले जाना है?
📄 Valid Aadhaar Card (original) 📄 Slot Selection Confirmation Slip का printout 📱 वही mobile number वाला phone जो application form में registered है (Aadhaar OTP के लिए)

⚠️ बेहद ज़रूरी बातें / Warnings
🔸 IV window में absent रहे तो candidate को बाहर कर दिया जाएगा — कोई representation/request accept नहीं होगी।
