Despite limited resources and equipment, rescue teams are sacrificing their lives to reach as many victims as possible following the horrendous Israeli massacre in Shujaiyya.
The confirmed death toll now stands at 23, but the number is expected to exponentially grow up as most of the wounded who were transported to hospitals are in critical conditions, and that many more people are still trapped under the debris.
The Israeli occupation bombed the Shujaiya neighborhood with heavy missiles, destroying a residential area, according to Gaza's Health Ministry spokesman.

Ahmad Manasra, a Palestinian detainee, is set to be released at the end of the current week. He was detained by Israeli occupation authorities at the age of 13 in 2015, and was later sentenced to nearly 10 years in prisons.
Ahmad was held in solitary confinement for over a year, which severely impacted his mental and psychological health, according to the Palestinian Prisoners Society (PPS).
He endured torture and mistreatment during his detention. Israel stole Ahmad's childhood and deprived him of education. He was imprisoned at 13 and is set to walk free at 23.
