Several international activists deported from the occupation state of Israel after joining a Gaza aid flotilla have revealed details about the mistreatment by Israeli forces of young climate campaigner Greta Thunberg.

The Government Media Office stated that since dawn on Saturday, Israeli forces have launched over 93 air and artillery strikes across Gaza, hitting densely populated areas filled with civilians and displaced families.
The attacks have resulted in the deaths of 70 civilians, including women and children, with 47 killed in Gaza City alone. The strikes come despite calls to halt Israeli bombings announced by US President Donald Trump and Gaza’s positive response to the proposal.
Margaret Pacetta, 70 years old, from Glasgow, arrived at Istanbul Airport today alongside 136 other activists.
She is the first of four Scots to be deported by Israeli occupation authorities after being kidnapped for participating in the Global Sumud Flotilla.
“Palestine Action” organized a protest at Trafalgar Square in London against the UK government’s designation of the group as a terrorist organization in July 2025. Hundreds participated, holding supportive signs.
London police arrested dozens, including six who displayed a banner on Westminster Bridge in front of Parliament.
The protest follows a deadly attack outside a synagogue in Manchester, prompting heightened security.
Human rights groups, including Amnesty International, criticized the arrests, calling them a sign of flaws in the UK legal system.
Thousands took to the streets of Pamplona, Spain, demonstrating in solidarity with Gaza and denouncing ongoing Israeli atrocities against Palestinians.

The Ministry of Health in Gaza announced that the total number of deaths due to malnutrition has risen to 459 since the beginning of the Israeli blockade, including 154 children.
The ministry explained that the severe food shortage in the territory, caused by the blockade and dire humanitarian conditions, has worsened the malnutrition crisis, particularly among children, directly threatening their lives.
The Ministry of Health called on the international community to provide urgent support to hospitals and healthcare centers in Gaza and to ensure the delivery of food and essential aid to protect civilians from the dangers of malnutrition.
