An update on my 60k leverage challenge that I started 5 weeks ago
I since moved my updates on it into this telegram but I know some people may have missed
I still don't really know what I'm doing but half of my process and journey is to document things so I have been tagging all my trades in there
We are up 160k so far, chasing 1m before Q1 ends

Basically this lad here TravisBloom took on a lead engineering role for Coinbase this year because Coinbase was interested in his project so much that they wanted to collaborate
That project now has a token on virtuals and some funny lore as it was initially a test token but he has fully claimed it now

Just spent the last 2 weeks reflecting on everything I set out to accomplish this year and did
I wanted to be able to grow a platform where I could inspire and motivate people that this is truly an industry where you can change your life forever and I feel like I came so far

We faced trials and tribulations as expected but everything I said from this post above has remained true to this day
You were always so ahead by just being present, the golden bull run is unfolding before our very eyes and every time you show up you're one step closer to achieving your dreams and goals
Constantly learning, failing, rebounding and compounding all of that into a years work of experience has allowed me to grow to where I am at now, and the best part is now that this is still just the beginning
Take this mindset into the year of 2025 that everything you did this year was for a reason and approach the new year with a conquering mindset
I still encourage you to find a small group of friends who will support you no matter what and go all in for the next 6 months
If you feel like you did not accomplish your goals this year, use that as fuel and never let your failures hold you back but instead allow them to be your guidance and stepping stones
This road that you've set out on was never meant to be easy, that's why the end of the road will be more rewarding than you could've ever imagined
2024 we learned more than we could've ever thought and got a taste of what our dream lives could truly be
2025 is where we get to write the story of our future

Holy shit lol...
These are the type of rotations that happen and you need to be super early for 2 reasons
1. You never know when the music stops I.E there could literally not be a single nother coin (unlikely) to cook on HL and if you weren't there you just full on missed it
2. When it becomes increasingly more consensus you know you were there in beginning, your entries are golden and you get to time the exit better when the music starts slowing down
Same thing happened with TRX and there was like a 2-3 day period where you could make a ton of money
Personally think you should be on hyperliquid regardless, but now is a good time to trade before max dilution happens and charts look like this

Basically Brian and Coinbase are heavily invested and associated with the @standwithcrypto project which is all about politicians and reform for crypto
Brian saw that this travisbloom guy was building DTSI as a project and decided to pick him up to coinbase as a lead role because his project is basically the same thing that Standwithcrypto is except its just an index
The ties between coinbase and this project seem very close to me, if you like the spot go check it out for yourself but it's all there
I'm just placing a bet on this guy as a very accomplished dev with a lead role at Coinbase
Until a new coin steps in and truly decides to go the distance, most recent attempts like UFD have failed, it appears that we will continue to just trade ai
Which isn't a bad thing because they are incredibly lucrative spots but it is very hard to differentiate what makes them good early on and most are larp, its a very extractive type of trading but when you hit the right one it's a lot of fun

Just got home from the gym, it is time to become active again in here
Had a rough trading month in December and as you guys know if I'm not doing well I'm obviously not gonna call things in here because I wanna deliver quality
But recently I been finding my flow back and I hit a ton of good plays and turned what was a -500k month into a massive green month in just the last week
Flow state all of January, gonna be a big one
Regarding $PENGU, this is a drop that I have been mentally preparing since the second LUCA announced it, there's a lot of hindsight games to play but at the end of the day I built a thesis and I am sticking to it
The first screenshot are my buys, bids got filled instantly at 3.8b MC, I put in 1.2 million dollars, I went up 60% got euphoric and didn't think about selling anything
That screenshot was taken near the respective top and would've been 700k+ profit if I chose to sell
But unfortunately my long term vision interrupted what the best play in the heat of moment was which was to sell and find a entry back lower towards the bottom of claims
I had no idea that the claims were going to be as widespread and slow to come as they were and honestly I think If I had more time to get on top of the claims I could've performed better but I think a combination of not understanding how much sell pressure was about to happen to the coin and getting caught in euphoria completely blinded what I needed to do
So at these prices I'm down around 1500+ sol but I definitely don't plan on selling, you may call me retarded but I actually bought more down here
Idk it's weird, something a few months ago completely changed in me as a trader and sometimes it's beneficial like being able to hold day long narrative runners to multiple mils or even 10s of mils but I feel like I genuinely lost my ability to sell coins
It always feels like everytime I touch a coin I have to go for the craziest make it play because of all my previous fuck ups, I got 1% of goat early on, I had 1% of a coin called FAI on base the other day where I jeeted stone cold bottom to watch it run to 80m the next 2 weeks, I had 1% of nomnom at 90m and didn't sell a fucking penny, PNUT, etc and so many others, everyone has terrible jeets and bagholds
And upwards to this point, I have not had the breakthrough play I really wanna hit where its a multi 7 fig jawn
So my brain has become super skewed to think that every single play I'm in needs a be a multiple of my port or a certain number and it's become super destructive in my trading tbh I've realized
And so with Pengu, it just wasn't at the marketcap I think I thought it was gonna be heading towards and my thesis remained so sadly I didn't think of selling
So that's where we are at, this isn't meant to be a sob story I'm kinda just thinking out loud so I have something to reflect on, I can sell right here take like a 350k loss and move on which honestly could be worse, I know I'll be able to get that back but that brings me into my next point if you're still reading
I am not selling, nothing about this coin has changed for me, I feel safe somehow idk why or what but I'm done being scared of what happens if my plan doesn't work out
I feel like I'm investing in Luca to take care of me and I really don't think that's a bad idea, dude has massive plans and just deployed like the largest airdrop cryptos ever seen andit feels like a cycle winner
It's like a BONK esque coin but it starts in the billions so if I hate rally happens ? Yea thats the goal 🙏
I'll still be in the trenches, but I'd be lying if I said that I'm not a little disheartened by my performance today and might be taking a small break to think things over
(Plus I'm sick and still have a final to take)
