How to differentiate a Pump and Dump scheme from a healthy ready to send chart ?
As you may know, I wrote a lot of posts for $Saitama on ETh. Nothing happened on the chart during a certain amount of time so nobody took care of my articles. I warned that the train was at the station before leaving. Finally the train left. Something really huge happened on the chart. Suddenly I got a lot of attention with a lot of hating comments and my posts being deleted… That’s interresting.
So called FUD (Fear Uncertainty Doubt) in the cryptospace is healthy. I received a lot of comments going this way (among with a lot of positives ones also). That’s the sign something is happening. You don’t want to be into something average or lukewarm. You want something that unleashes passions on both sides. The most talented geniuses of this earth always have had the biggest detractors. That’s a good sign.
Some of those comments were pointing on potential pump and dump schemes.

To be clear. Pump and dump scheme exists in crypto as it exists in the whole economic world. But this has nothing to do with what I shared. We need to differentiate a pump and dump scheme to a healthy breathing wave that is inevitable in any financial movement.
A pump and dump token doesn’t last more than hours or a few days. After a real pump and dump, the token dies. Period. Absolutly none of the token I mentionned died. Just the opposite. They are here since months backed by strong communities that are working hard. I am not into cabal or scam things. I hate these things. I am an ordinary person who wants to take part of something true, genuine, to belong somewhere I resonate with backed by moral values, creativity, hard work, friendship, because those things are lasting.
You have to look at every single crypto that have ever existed. None of them had a contant linear growth. Every single good crypto including Bitcoin did go through huge parabolic pushes with big retracements of -70% or more. Followed by bigger pushes. This is the crypto way of breathing.
From my point of view, regarding memecoins, these waves are more rapid, more volatile. But the scheme is the same. And like says MustStopMurad, you want to look at memecoins that went through multiple pushes and retracements. Because it’s healthy. And one of this next push can send it nobody knows where.
A good real memecoin have a first initial push followed by a huge retracement. At this point, if it survives, the community is formed. During a long period of small pushes and retracements. Diamond hands are formed and they are passing through extreme emotions so after this, they have the ability and the emotional strength to handle to great heights. When community and diamond holders are there backed by a strong narrative and hard work, that’s what I’m looking for because this can go far.
So yes, $Saitama had a big healthy retracement. Now look at at how it is recovering. Remember that each new wave is bigger than the precedent one and some of it can go parabolic.

Solana Mobile for example has made a big name for themselves, and for them to collaborate with them says a lot about their integrity & that they believe in their vision of being the next big thing.
Especially their dApp folder catches the eye, it reminds me of a folder on an iPhone. It has many subcategories, including other succesfull memecoins, which I think is amazing to see them not having a PVP mindset

The design of $HEGE-coin – a versatile meme-rocket?
Much has been written about the “fundamentals” of HEGE – VC backing from Victus Capital, KOL-support, a successful NFT sale earning the project over $200k for marketing, NFTs providing dividends to holders, the competent team, and the engaged Reddit-born community.
HEGE is a story based meme-coin, where we follow the Hege in his quest to gain the approval of Hegena, also featuring the characters of Hendrix and Helena, all based on modern stereotypes (f.i. the chad and the Karen).
In the following I share some thoughts on the visual design of HEGE, as this might be one of the undervalued aspects of the coin.
1. The hedgehog meme. Animal memes are some of the most popular of the space. However, the hedgehog is a very underused animal in this space. We’ve seen tons of cat and dog memes, designs which undeniably is about to get overused. Might hedgehogs be the next big animal-meme? Hedgehogs are both cute and “spiky”, a versatility which might attract different types of people.
2. The hedgehog in modern culture. A wild guess is that most people active with crypto are between 25-45 years old. People of this generation have experienced one of gaming’s biggest franchises: Sonic the hedgehog. Being such a dominant character in our modern gaming and internet consciousness, Hege’s kinship with Sonic might be a strength.
3. The simplicity of the design and characters. While many memes play on overly silly and over the top designs, Hege’s design is refreshingly simple. But this simplicity also allows for a lot variation and creative freedom:

Each character has distinct and recognizable personalities, which have been implemented in the form of Twitter/X-bots, which raid $Hege-posts always boasting their recognizable personalities. This is such a simple yet brilliant aspect of $Hege.
\- Community made content and reproducibility. The simplicity of the design (and the many characters) allow for a lot of creative freedom from the community and its visual designers. The basic HEGE is also very easily reproduced, and doesn’t demand strong artistic skills to draw. HEGE has it all!
I wanted to start in crypto at the beginning of this year, after being rugged and made some bad decisions a few times the fun was pretty fast gone. Wanted to stop but then stumbeled upon HEGE. Just wanted to share my experience with HegeCoin, a meme coin on Solana that’s truly special.
HegeCoin is six months old now, and in the meme coin world, that’s practically ancient. Most meme coins fizzle out in a month or so. I was here during the bull run two years ago and I saw a lot of crap with the BNB chain. With this coin, I’m hoping to see something different. There was a rough patch early on when things looked really bleak during the first month. The price plummeted, and it seemed beyond repair. But the amazing thing is, the original team never stopped.
