I have a Coolermaster 212 rgb (not the black edition) air cooler, but it only has 1 plug (no second plug for the rgb), am I able by any means to control the color of the Leds or even set it to a static color not an RGB cycle?

Tv color is weird
My tv (Hisense Roku 2021 I believe) has just gone weird and has blue and white tint all over it and I’ve tried everything but it will not return to its normal colors. If anyone knows what this is or how to fix it I would gladly appreciate it.
