UPDATE: Roaches Infested My PC (Follow-up Post)
Hey everyone, just wanted to give an update on my roach-infested PC situation.
So, quick recap — I moved into a Section 8 apartment back in 2020. The place was already infested because the previous tenants left it a mess. Roaches have been a nightmare ever since, and recently they even got into my PC. I opened it up and found a bunch of them inside. I posted here yesterday with a pic, and a lot of people were telling me to just burn it and start over.
Well, I didn’t burn it — instead, I spent today cleaning the whole thing out. Took the PC apart, scrubbed every part as best I could (compressed air, alcohol wipes, you name it), and it actually came out looking pretty decent.
But now I’ve got a new problem…
The PC powers on for like a second, makes a beep, then shuts right back off. It won’t stay on.
Not sure if a component is still fried, maybe the motherboard got too damaged from the infestation, or maybe I missed something during the cleaning. I really need this machine for work and school, and I can't afford a new build right now.
If anyone has advice on diagnosing or fixing this power/beep issue, I’m all ears.
Thanks again to everyone who helped out yesterday — your support meant a lot.

My pc got infested by roaches
My Roach Problem and how it started!
I moved into a Section 8 apartment in 2020. The
whole building had roaches because the last tenants
were dirty and left the place a mess. Since then, l've
been dealing with roaches everywhere now they're
even in my stuff.
Today, my PC started acting weird. Whenlopened it,
found a bunch of roaches inside (check the pic). My
motherboard is ruined, and I don't know how to clean
the parts.
I really need to fix this PC because I use it for work
and school. I can't afford a new one. Any advice on
cleaning roach-infested PC

Does anyone know why my iCloud is not letting me sign in to my Apple TV
I just bought a Apple TV 3rd gen off my friend and I can’t sign in to my iCloud at all every time I sign in with the correct password and Apple ID I will have to do the 2FA thing afterwards and I will put the correct number in for that and then it will say unable to sign in

I was asked to have a look at our ProWise display because it wouldn't turn on. I unplug the power and I'm met with this.
This is probably fixable, but I haven't seen anything like this happen before

Best electrical design in my city
Nothing some duct tape can't fix (it already is taped up). Important to notice that I'm pretty sure it's just some redneck engineering and not an official governmental repair (or at least I hope so)
Tbh, I had no idea where to post this since I'm not an electrician, but I've figure out this sub was the best

Black screen on startup
About yesterday I turned on my PC and after displaying the Gigabyte logo it went completely black, with only the loading wheel. I waited to see if it would start and nothing. I looked for solutions on YouTube but they all say to go to the Windows troubleshooter, which doesn't appear because after the Gigabyte logo it turns completely black with just the loading wheel. I already tried to enter the BIOS and insert a pendrive with Windows to boot from there, but it only tells me "Loading files" and then the same thing happens, the logo and the black screen. Does anyone know how I can fix it? 😞
