Spurs ruined my life
Losing game after game has turned me insane. My wife kicked me out after I gambled our rent on an NLD and threw the tv out the window. Angeball being useless has broken my mind... and gave me a gambling addiction. I'm down to my last pennies now. COYS.

5th place can now get champions league
So because of arsenal win last night 5th place can get champions league but what happens if us or man united were to win the Europa league does the 5th place get cancelled out or will there be 6 English teams in the champions league next year and that seems crazy?

FAN-VOTED GREATEST SPURS TEAM OF ALL TIME - FINAL LINE-UP

After weeks of passionate debate and voting from Spurs fans across Reddit, the final Greatest Spurs Team of All Time has been revealed. How would this team fare in todays league? would it need more steel in midfield to compete or is there enough flair and individual brilliance to win the league? From the 1st X1 and the subs what would be your line up to win the title?

How optimistic are you feeling against Frankfurt after today's match??
Even though second half was terrible (maybe ange told them to play with less intensity at HT to save for quarter finals ). I felt the performance was quite decent.
Then again, it was Southampton and a loss today would have been more than unacceptable.
I feel that it would take a huge chunk of luck for us to progress to the next stage. Frankfurt are an excellent team full of talent and are in a fine run of form (despite losing their latest match against Werder)
Also something I noticed in Frankfurt matches is that they struggle to defend against counter attacks and against formations with a back 3 (3-5-2 or 3-4-3). Do you think this can be used in Thursdays match??
One more thing I feel is that once Deki comes back from injury, there will finally be more creativity in the squad and with the proper tactics and planning we might progress to the final.

I had such great hopes for this kid at the start of the season, but he has hardly been used. Not even on the bench today. Anyone know why? Injured or ill?

Ange is ruining the reputation of the fans
Everyone calling us shameless fans for not backing ange anymore. They say he's the best we got. This is wrong. We give our hard earned money week in and week out for tickets and merch. Ange is useless with no tactics and is just wasting our money. I like the guy but I'm sorry it's time to go. We shouldn't have to be 16th in the league to have a shot at Europa. And for Injures with everyone back it feels like we're even worse. I mean ffs we got who we wanted back in the team and we've dropped two spots.
For any of the Aussie fans following ange around we thank you for being passionate and supporting our club but you've been intensely annoying. Not all of you but a decent chunk of you. Just because ange won in Australia and Scotland doesn't mean he's fit for a rebuild in the biggest league in the world. Saying we don't deserve him is ridiculous. He's brought us top 5 and that's pretty much it. He hasn't proved anything except that he's got a big mouth.
Yes the ownership is stupid but ange chose to spend millions on young players. He had more than enough chances to push for players when the team was doing alright. I don't see any world class players joining a 16th place team in the summer.
Thank you for the memories and effort but good buy ange. Leave our club

Tarkowski vs Romero
Just seen the challenge by Tarkowski. How is that any different to Romero against Chelsea. Surely that’s brought up when VAR review it.

The Greatest Spurs Team of All Time - The Final Vote - The Forwards!
https://preview.redd.it/7qj4ir09jzse1.jpg?width=1538&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=1a446b31b03641567eab85d5b17dccc452daa250
After weeks of fan votes, we’ve nearly completed the all-time Greatest Spurs XI as chosen by you – the fans. The midfield is locked in, with Sonny taking the left wing spot alongside Hoddle and Gazza pulling the strings in the middle. But now, it's time for the grand finale...
Who leads the line?
Let’s be honest – it’s hard to imagine anyone leaving out Harry Kane, the club’s all-time top scorer, talisman, and one of our own. But football is full of legends and Spurs have been blessed with an incredible lineage of strikers over the decades.
You’ve got:
🐐 Jimmy Greaves – the original goal machine
🇩🇪 Jürgen Klinsmann – diving his way into our hearts
🧠 Teddy Sheringham – the thinking man’s forward
💎 Dimitar Berbatov – pure class in motion
⚡ Jermain Defoe – small frame, big goals
🧱 Sir Les Ferdinand – strength, experience, and finishing
🎯 Robbie Keane – somersaults and sharpshooting
And many more...
So here’s the question: If Kane is a lock, who partners him? Or would you dare to leave him out entirely for a legendary partnership from another era?
Drop your votes below and let’s finish this team in style. ⚪🐓

Ange in or out?
Well… where to begin?
I think Ange was a shrewd selection. Away from the “quick fix” bandaids of the biggest name managers.
He started well. So well. Above everyone’s expectations I think. He’s had a few transfer windows and undoubtedly brought in a bunch of players of immense quality. I think where everything fell apart this year was pre-Xmas with just a horrible run of injuries to important players. Just as one or two got fit and game back, we’d lose a few more.
In that sense, he hasn’t had much luck.
It seems the writing is on the wall and unless he wins the Europa league, which would also give us a Champions league spot, he is dead man walking. He might be a 10-20% chance of winning the Europa? Not sure what everyone else thinks.
I might be in the minority but even if we made a semi or final of the Europa I’d like to see Levy and Spurs stick with him. Rome wasn’t made in a day. Plenty of great managers have been stuck with through some down times and come out the other side. Look at Arteta at Arsenal now. They might win a Champions League with him.
What’s everyone’s thoughts?

Investment in squad
On going subject I know but having just watched Declan Rices two excellent free kicks last night (didn’t watch the whole match so can’t really appreciate his impact outside of his goals)….
I can’t help but think there’s never been a starker reminder about what clubs need to do in order to chase success at the highest level.
Arsenal were bold when they went out and paid £105m for him and you have to say that it’s money well spent. Appreciate that they haven’t won anything but they’re always near the top of the league and in CL.
In the meantime we’ve splashed £60m on Solanke which isn’t cheap but in this day and age, it’s more a mid level price.
Do we need to start dropping bigger numbers on players or do we think the Ndombele fiasco has scared us away from those types of deals?
Whilst I love the investment In youth it feels that we need to start making big statement signings to supplement the exciting talent we’ve got coming through (Berrgval, Kulu).
Which gettable players do you think we should be targeting this summer?

Tickets: Advice
I could use some guidance for the Spurs/NF game on 4/20. I'm coming from the US, so I want to make it a great experience. I'm looking at first-level seats on the ticket exchange. I do not understand the difference between the premium ticket exchange and the ticket exchange. The tickets are twice the price on the premium ticket exchange. What do you receive for the higher price? Thanks in advance.

Johnson should have taken the Pen!
I know I'm not the only one that feels like it should have only been one man stepping up to take that pen and it should have been Brennan Johnson. I could be wrong but can't Ange make that decision in real time or is that just not something managers do?

Tottenham free shuttle
I'm attending my first match tomorrow. I'm staying right along the Piccadilly line and saw there's a (pre-booked) free shuttle from Wood Green to the stadium, so it seems like the simplest and quickest option for me.
I haven't seen anyone really talking about this shuttle...anyone have experience with it? Is this a good way to get to the stadium (and back afterwards)? I'll be travelling with my daughter.
