Fun League for casuals.
Adult human being seeking other middle aged, 9-5er, apex enthusiasts, who are interested in doing a tournament once a month. No money, just friendly scrims one day out of the month. I play ranked and I enjoy the competitive play more so than non ranked and I think this would be fun, if we can manage to get enough people. What is everyone thoughts on this? And if you have successfully done this how did you go about it, pros cons?

Diamonds, Masters, and Predators will now never fall below Platinum!
Something I haven't seen much discussion about that was pretty commonly requested is the new rank reset rule. If you reach a rank that's diamond or higher, you'll now stop losing ranks at Platinum.
Example: I reach Master rank. I get reset to Plat I the next split, and then Plat IV the next split. However, it now stops at Platinum IV instead of going all the way down to Bronze IV like it currently does.
From the newest patch notes:
Platinum IV to I resets to Platinum IV 8750 RP (with +250 demotion protection)
Diamond IV and III resets to Platinum III 9250 RP
Diamond II and I resets to Platinum II 10000 RP
Master and above resets to Platinum I 11000 RP
