NPCs you can run into prior to their mission/gigs?
Hey chooms!
Now I know meeting NPCs in another quest before the one related to them is kind of old news; but I've been trying to find a list of these encounters and since I can't find any, I thought I'd start my own!
I think it's such a great detail the devs added to the game like encountering Mikhail Akulov and his assistant during The Heist and then seeing them again during one of Regina's gigs.
However, it has been some 150 hours since I began my second playthrough so I don't recall much from the main game, but I've listed below the ones I've noticed after starting the Phantom Liberty DLC:
Before hopping into that dumpster, during Dog Eat Dog I explored the area a little bit and saw Bree Whitney (Shot by Both Sides) and Jago Szabó (Hansen's "treasurer") in the mission area.
While playing as Hansen in Balls to the Wall, walking around before boxing with Paco I saw Jago again, Bennett, and Leon Rinder (The Man Who Killed Jason Foreman).
It's also possible to meet Jason Foreman himself and some of his chooms, as well as Brianna before unlocking the other half of Mr. Hands' gigs.
Posters of Hideshi Hino before Takemura's quest (which V comments on when he sees it again after) as well as Lina Malina before Dazed and Confused.
I'm sorry it's not a particularly long list but I'm hoping y'all can add to it based on your playthroughs!
