Why couldn’t Nero at the very least regrow a regular human arm after Vergil ripped off his devil arm?
Vergil in DMC3 got slashed through the stomach and healed in 5 seconds and DMC5 Nero (pre ripped off arm) at the start would have kicked DMC3 Vergil’s ass. Does he just not have healing factor at all?
