Archer T5e
I have a functional hackintosh running Sequoia on a Dell Optiplex 7050 and recently acquired a TP-Link archer T5e pcie wifi/Bluetooth card. It uses an Intel 7265ngw chipset. I realized that both wifi and Bluetooth are recognized by windows 10 and work perfectly fine, however in Mac OS, it detects the wifi but not the Bluetooth. I understand that the Bluetooth works with a USB internal connector but it seems like that connector is not being recognized by Mac OS, what should I do? Should I re-map the USB ports. I have to say that when I first installed Mac OS I did not have that card and that internal USB connector was not mapped.

Is my 2019 hackintosh hardware compatible with 2025 macOS??
My hackintosh stopped booting finally after not updating anything since I built it in 2019. I think its time to update to new macOS.
Does anyone with the hardware below know if this build will be compatible and able to operate on the newest macOS as of 2025? Any issues to worry about or is it safe to try to start a new OS update?

El Capitan Mac Computer (cannot reinstall OS)
Howdy everyone, new to this sub. I realize this is not the flavor of this sub, but I was given an older Mac unit and I wiped the data from the previous user, went to reinstall the OS from the recovery files saved for that purpose and have been getting a 403 error when I try to use my AppleID to reinstall... I've done a little diving into the topic matter and have discovered that sometimes the outdated software will bring you an error message like this. From what I've gathered, I need to use another Mac computer to download the OS on an external drive and then install from that drive onto this unit? Maybe I am misunderstanding... I feel like you guys, of any community that I have stumbled across, would have good insight into this. My partner would love to be able to use this machine, but I want to give it to her ready to go! What do i doooooooo?!
TLDR: How do I install OS on this Capitan Mac that I wiped and am getting a 403 error now?

Weird way to resolve installation issues?
I had problems that macOS wouldn’t boot into the second part of the installation on the laptop I’m trying to get it on and I thought to myself that I’ll plug in that laptop’s SSD to my Macbook through USB and it actually booted into the second part of the installation and it has been going fine, currently it’s sitting on „less than 1 minute remaining” for a long time but I think that’s normal.

Broadcom WiFi on AMD
Hello! I'm trying to get BCM94352Z DW1560 to work on Mac OS Sequoia 15.3.2 using this guide: "https://elitemacx86.com/threads/how-to-fix-broadcom-wifi-on-macos-sonoma-and-later.1415/". My system is AMD APU based, CPU is Ryzen 5500U. WiFi card itself is definitely working properly (tested in Windows 11), but on Mac OS it won't work no matter what. The guide is executed properly, I confirmed it by checking Youtube video on official EliteMacX86 channel. After doing some research I found out that native Broadcom cards sometimes require DMAR to work, but SSDTTime couldn't dump DMAR-1.aml (because this is AMD proccesor, there is no VT-d option). I also discovered that DisableIOMapper quirk can help, but WiFi won't work with either enabled or disabled option. I have also reseted NVRAM one-two times after each restart during the manipulations, but that doesn't seem to change anything. Bluetooth though seems to be working fine. So the question is: is it some known bug I couldn't find or is there any workaround (more manual way to fix WiFi or something)? I would appreciate any help. Thank you!

Sony SVF15N1C5E Laptop during Hackintosh flickering Problem
Hello, all Hackintosh masters and newbies,
I have a Sony SVF15N1C5E from around 2014. Back then I was attracted by its touch screen, actually its working speed is quite slow and the touch pad is not sensitive at all, I have to tip 2, 3 or more times to select something on the screen. So I decided to install Mac OS Catalina on it now.
I followed Dortania's instruction strictly, finally I booted it from a USB Pen successfully, when it was running the codes (like Dos) the screen was not flickering, but just 2 or 3 seconds before the Apple logo appears it started flickering. I can see the progress bar under the Apple logo progress to the end and I can See the Russian Mac OS installation screen, but I aborted the installation because of the flickering. Do you have any idea, where it went wrong?
Some details of my Config.plist
0) I added ''PciRoot(0x0)/Pci(0x2,0x0)'' under ''DeviceProperties---Add''
1) AAPL,ig-platform-id: 0600260A
2) framebuffer-fbmen: 00000900
3) framebuffer-cursormem: 00000900
4) Under ''NVRAM---Add---boot-args'' I have written: -v keepsyms=1 npci=0x3000 -wegnoegpu
Sony SVF15N1C5E specification:
Intel Core i7-4500U specifications ; intergrated GPU Type. HD 4400;
NVIDIA GeForce GT 735M
16 GB RAM, 500 GB SSD,
15,5" TFT Display mit Multitouch; 2880 x 1620 Pixel (3K)

Actually yesterday once upon a time I even reached the Russian MacOS Installation stage without any flickering, but I could not move the cursor to choose 'next', so I started to change the Config.plist and messed things up. Now I can move the cursor but the flickering is driving me mad.
Thanks in advance for all helps and enlightenment.

Troubles with Trackpad on Dell Inspiron 3493 hackintosh
Hi all, I hackintoshed a Dell Inspiron 3493 a few months ago, and it's working absolutely perfectly, except in one area; the trackpad. It is, according to Ubuntu-certified laptops, it has a "Union Memory (Shenzhen) DELL0978:00 04F3:30C3 Touchpad" as its trackpad.
Interestingly, however, above the trackpad entry is another one called "Mouse" which it apparently has another Union Memory "ImPS/2 Logitech Wheel Mouse" and I'm puzzled.
Is it possible that this "Logitech Wheel Mouse" is overriding the trackpad? Has anybody encountered and/or fixed this before?
This is the link to the Ubuntu laptop page, it covers the i5 version of my laptop which is mostly similar, except for the fact that the i5 has an unsupported Iris G1 iGPU.

Will my desktop work to Hackintosh even with a potentially problematic chipset?
So I've read the hardware limitations and anti-hackintosh guides
For the most part I'm pretty sure it will work
Dell XPS 8940
CPU: Intel core i7-10700 CPU @ 2.90GHz Comet Lake
GPU: Intel(R) UHD Graphics 630 Comet Lake GT2
Motherboard: Dell OKV3RP
Chipset: Intel LPC Controller (H470) - 0684
Keyboard: HID compliant keyboard (aka it's a logitech wireless keyboard using logitech unifying USB)
Mouse: HID compliant mouse (logitech wireless mouse using same unifying USB)
Audio codec: S22D390 (Intel® Display Audio)
Network controller: Qualcomm QCA9377 802.11ac Wireless Adapter
Killer E2600 Gigabit Ethernet Controller
Drive C: PC SN530 NVMe WDC 256GB
Drive D: ST2000DM008-2FR102
Ram is 16 GB (8gb x2) (probably will get more)
Everything but the chipset is fully compatible. The thing I'm most concerned about and partially confused is the Chipset. It says under Asus, there's USB issues on H470. And then lower down it says again to avoid H470. I have a Dell computer, is that chipset still going to be an issue?
