I think the patch is fine, but the patch preview set up expectations that left people disappointed
So I'm seeing a lot of negative responses to today's patch on Reddit and the HS forums, and while I understand the frustration, I do think the frustration is sometimes unfairly targeted at the patch itself, rather than the way the patch was communicated.
In particular, the way the patch preview showed several classes -- not cards, but entire classes -- getting a buff led many to believe that substantive improvements to struggling classes were being implemented, when the reality is more like "we're tweaking a few forgotten cards so you can try and play with them a bit before the rotation."
And frankly, that second idea is totally fine! It's cool to try to shift things up a bit by upgrading a few forgotten cards and seeing what people can do with them. The problem is just that this isn't what people expected, so they're disappointed.
I totally get how this could happen and I don't really feel people should mad at Blizzard over such an issue, but I do hope Blizzard sees that setting expectations for what a patch will be (even if those expectations are set non-verbally!) and then delivering something else can cause some frustrations.

So patch is coming out today, what are your buff/nerf predictions?.
On nerfs, my guess is: sludge on wheels goes to 4 health, waste remover to 6/5, sharpshooter to 4 mana, chaos creation to destroy 6 random cards instead of bottom 6.
