'Tamizh' Nadu
Has anyone felt this? Whenever I am travelling I am hearing conversations in more in other south Indian languages and not Tamizh. Its like in a bus journey atleast 50% of the conversations I overhear are other south Indian languages only.
And I can certainly say this will definitely be not the case in any other states.
And this is not in a metro city. Some 2 rural areas where I shuttle weekly once.
Unmaiyilae tamizh natla tamizh than majority ah?? I know I should not generalize with just my sample case but it's kind becoming for evident for me day by day that most people settled in TN do not have tamizh as their first language.

I recently spoke to a Pentecostal Christian friend in Chennai who sincerely believes that he's safe and alive only because Stalin and DMK are in power. All the lambs of his church believe that too. He wants to vote out BJP at any cost as he shudders at the thought of another BJP term. The thought of BJP getting seats in TN gives him the shivers.Even now, he's expecting Modi's RSS goons to show up at his door any moment and murder his family because they are Christians. Just like Nazi Germany. He's been expecting it since 2014. Now he's trying with all his might to migrate to Canada before he and family are killed. He atleast wants to get his wife and kids safely abroad even if he can't make it. He's told his son to be brave and take care his mom and sister in Canada if dad is not there anymore .He is planning to sell his property and is even willing to sacrifice his life for it. How can people be so dumb! And this guy is working as an HR in an IT company! 😆
