Can a police officer stop you on the road and ask your name and phone number?
I was travelling on my car, it was around 5pm. A police officer stopped my car. I stopped. He was a Sub Inspector of Police; I understood it from his badge. He noted down the vehicle number, asked my name and my phone number. He noted it down on a book. He said it is for some 'election' purposes. The officer was very polite and I did not even get out of my car. I liked the way a Kerala Police officer behaved with a citizen but I am still confused of why he needed my name and phone number. I noticed the officer was stopping some other vehicles and noting down their details as well. Does anyone know what is the purpose? Or what is this 'election' purpose?

Black Magic Cases in Kerala
I’m not sure if there are people supporting black magic are here. Still curious to know how these cases vanish in a short time. Is it because there are influential people among them or so?
But why are they hiding, in foreign countries they are out in public and does their things, they are under close survilence of police. (Read in news)

too many used sony cameras in market?
I have a question for my fellow photography enthusiasts in Kerala. Lately, I've noticed a lot of used Sony cameras popping up in the market, some of them barely used for less than 6 months. When I brought this up with a friend, he mentioned that some people take out financing for these cameras and then turn around and sell them for cash. Essentially, they have a loan but end up paying a small interest on it. How true is this? It's got me curious about the dynamics of the used camera market.

Why is Banglore to Kochi flight filled with North Indian folk?
Flying back to India after about 3 or 4 years. Took International till Banglore and a separate domestic booking from BLR to COK. Its the first time I am seeing this many North Indian folk to COK. Maybe about 10 mallu people and thats it. Is this beacuse of the IT jobs here or are they all adithi thozhilalikal?
Also we Indians and our total disregard for queues and our lack of respect for personal space had to be mentioned. I could feel the breath of the guy behind me on my neck.

When you look at the total picture, ldf and udf are allies in central govt . By contesting in wayanad or any constituency in kerala he is frankly fighting with his own friend and by the way giving up the real fight. it seems they are done and there is nothing they can put for you to defend. Lenskart "zero" powered lens is actually powered ones?
Anyone recently purchased from lenskart? I bought two zero power glasses. One from a local shop and another from lenskart. The lenskart one have a good frame quality. But the lens seems to have some power to it even though they say its zero powered. they are advertising it as "zero power" lens. I noticed it after getting some discomfort wearing it. Does anyone else had the same experience?
I compared both glasses and found the lenskart to have power to their lens.

TIFU, need advice & help
Yeah so today I fucked up, I was in the mood browsing & decided to text a" in call escort service" & they asked for advance which I paid, after that they said before meeting in 15mins you have to pay a security deposit, all through Gpay & I ended up doing that too after many conversations about how I don't wanna transfer online, now this guy asks for more & when I denied he is claiming he is having my number and profile picture with which he will take me down online.
Now a ton of OTP keeps piling up in my number and he is continuously calling to threaten me.
Do I need to be worried or take any action ?
Or is he gonna stop tailing me after sometime?
