Unpopular opinion: OBCs and working class form BJPs core voter base and support group, than the upper castes
I think its time for a rethink the popular perception that the brahmins and kshatriyas are their most passionate support base. I have lot of acquaintances and have lived in apartments, with a lot of UCs from north, ktaka amd Andhra, but apart from a very few, many are the soft-sangh supporters, and even more are quite politically neutral. Even the recent ram mandir ceremony was celebrated with gusto among the small business owners in hsr n sarjapur( could see many petty shops, panipuri wallas with the orange flag), and all my contacts( gas delivery guy, tatasky guy, newspaper vendor, milk vendor, ironing lady etc..changed their whatsapp dp). Any reason why the working class seem to favour the divisive brand of politics that is the ruling party's trademark?

This government is actually insane
So according to M M Narvane former chief of army staff, during the height of the India-China conflict when India managed to gain an advantageous position against China in the Kailash valley, the entire decision of starting a war with China was left to him. Just think about it, the PM said you make the call if we want to start a war with the 2nd biggest economy in the world. Is this government ok? This is insane. How can the responsibility to declare war against China be left to the chief of the army and not the elected cabinet of ministers of the govt of India? What about the opinions of the finance minister, what about the home minister or the fucking defense minister? Luckily MM Narvane chose not to fire on the Chinese tanks first even though he said this was what the protocol would have called for. This is the most incompetent thing I have heard from a government ever. The person making the accusations is the fucking chief of army staff of the Indian armed forces. Just how? I cannot fathom this. How can the decision to declare war be left on the shoulders of one man and not with our elected representatives, this is the most incompetent govt action I have seen in Indian history.
