A weird guy at a coffee shop where we study

This week I went to a coffee shop with 4 of my friends to study for our exams, (we are all 21 y.o females), we did that a lot this last week, and it was great, the place is good and the environment is perfect for studies, because it's mostly just people studying. Anyways, the last time we went, we started at 9 am, everything was good as usual. Until a man sat at the table across from us.
Im not trying to judge but he didn't seem like he was there to study. ( mostly men are in the 1st floor and 2nd floor they watch football or just chill and the 3rd floor is always just students ). The man was acting a little weird and loud on his phone and he was turning and looking at us a lot, but we didn't think much of it and kept studying, 30min later he went somewhere and then came back. When he came back he changed his place and adjusted his chair to face us directly, and this time he was at the closest table to us. He literally just kept looking at us. We we look at him back he looks at his screen phone, then like 5min later his put on sunglasses lol and just kept looking at us as if we wouldn't notice. It weird and he made uncomfortable but we just kept studying because technically he wasn't doing anything wrong, it's weird but he is just looking, a half hour later he left.
We didn't want to talk to him or anything because we didn't want to make the thing bigger or make a thing out of nothing.
Anyways, I just want to know was there anything we could have done to prevent this? Or am I just overreacting ?
Also wish me luck with exams they start tomorrow.

How do i get married to a foreign girl living in morocco with $0 in the bank

I met a Muslim woman on a dating app (i am a revert). I live in the United States and she lives in Morocco. She wants to marry me but i have no money in the bank. I asked her what engagement day was like in Morroco and she was talking about i have to meet the parents and they have to accept and agree about weddings and stuff. My potential spouse doesn't know i have no money. I barely make it every day just paying my car bill, getting something to eat (fast food every day). Car insurance high.

Do you think i should get a second job? Getting a second job is easy for me because i have an independent job on my phone i can do at any time (work my own hours). I usually work this job temporarily when i lose my first job but maybe i should work 2 jobs? I don't know what that is like working 60-80 a week. And then i don't know how much i need to save up for this engagement day and wedding???

Moroccan men in relationship with European women

Salam drari, i'm (M24) working in france.

I’ve recently met a french girl, she’s respectful, feminine, and pretty and we’re interested in potentially starting a relationship.

However, I find myself wondering how to manage such a relationship, especially in terms of balancing our differences in religion and culture. As a Moroccan, my upbringing and values are shaped by my background, and I want to ensure that I approach this with understanding and wisdom.

If you’ve been in a similar situation, in relationship or married with to an European. I would greatly appreciate your advice. How do you handle the cultural and religious differences? How do you ensure mutual respect and harmony while staying true to your own identity and values?

I’d love to hear about your experiences, challenges, and strategies for making such relationships work.

Some old’s people behaviour towards young folks

Am I the only person to notice that some old people think they are actually superior than a young guy or girl? Linking every single thing they do to them being old.

When you greet them, some of them might give u a mean look,
Not actually saying sorry if they step on ur shoes or in general…
Thinking u always wrong at any subject
Treating u with inferiority even tho u might be more educated than them:

Thinking pleasing them is our duty hhhhhhhhhhh, I remember one time one old lady, probably in her early 50’s, kept staring at me while waiting for the same train. So I smiled ? She smiled and said, wch maghatfhmch rassk o t3awni??
Like bro, I already have a backpack, o chanta, but cmon not even ‘ please son’, ‘ if u feel like it ‘, ‘ layrdi elik ‘ ???

Or that other time trynna get to a taxi sghir, yk khssk tched sef bch trkb, boom it’s me and 2 others turn. Just for an old lady to come running towards a taxi and get in? No manners at all…

I just spoke my mind hit Ik m not tripping, some old people think they the shit. Not all of them ofc.

Tourism in morocco: helping or hurting?

Morocco’s tourism industry is booming, but at what cost? We’re told it’s one of the biggest economic drivers, but who’s really benefiting? Tourists flood in, but the locals working the industry—hotel staff, street vendors, and guides are getting paid peanuts. Meanwhile foreign hotel chains, big investors, and travel agencies are pocketing the real cash, leaving the moroccans to pick up the scraps.

let’s talk about the exploitation: hotel workers are stuck with long hours and low wages, and some are even forced to work in unsafe conditions just to make ends meet. What’s worse the country’s beautiful landscapes are being sold off to the highest bidder, with resorts popping up in the middle of the desert and trash piling up on beaches. do tourists care? Probably not. But who’s cleaning up this mess? Locals.

and let’s not forget the cultural side of it moroccan culture is turning into a
Performance for tourists. The authentic crafts, food, and music are being sold as “tourist experiences,” watered down just to make a profit. Are we losing our heritage just to entertain strangers for a few dollars?

so is tourism really helping Morocco, or are we just being used as a backdrop for other people’s vacations? The rich are getting richer while the people are being left behind. Is it time to wake up and rethink how this industry is really impacting us?
