Kehlouch meaning, I am concerned.
I am from East Africa, one of my Moroccan friends usually writes long texts to me with words I don't understand. One of them is Kehlouch or something like that.
What does it mean? He usually adds a laugh emoji after that..he never tells me what it means even when I confront him about it. What could it possibly mean?

Allegations of spending billions on a stadium while being in a water crisis
I just saw a tiktok which looked official as hell talking about how morocco is spending billions building the football stadium for the world cup in 2030, which is also going to be the worlds biggest when its finished, at the same as the country is going through a ''devastating water cisis''. Is this true? The way they painted it it seemed like a nationwide super serious thing, I havent heard anything about this but I guess Im not as in tune with what happened in morocco as I thought?
my opinion is that the stadium should still be built because even if its a big investment up front, the long term effects of succesfully hosting the world cup, the way morocco which is already a good tourist destination will benefit from this exposure economicially, culturally in many ways will definetely be tremendous. also having the world biggest stadium is also a great thing long term.

Meeting American expats in Morocco
Hello,
I see many Americans (teenagers) in the streets in Rabat walking to/from schools. Yet I have to meet a single American adult here. I would like to meet American expats (or just expats in general), 30+yo to potentially befriend. I have been in Rabat for 10 months and still haven’t made any fellow Americans and my circle of friends is practically nonexistent. I’m looking for people I can meet with socially with potentially similar experiences and shared interests. Any ideas are greatly welcome!

Tanger got the lowest rating by FIFA amongst the cities hosting World Cup 2030
The city ''slums'' are growing out of control, there is no tramway nor metro lines. The bus service is crowded as hell as its the only public transport available.
There is no public spaces, and the traffic is horrible.
The population grew massively and its about 1,5 million people for a city thats designed to take 400.000 people at max.
Tanger was supposed to be a beautiful, unique coastal touristic town, not an industrial polluted overcrowded city.

Is Tangier turning into a shithole ?
Am i the only one to have this impression ? (29 yo born in Tangier, studied 5 years abroad)
\- Crimes and murders everyday
\- Prostitution and "nass d lil" have become a 7/7 all week thing. (i have been during my youth not judging anyone)
\- Driving during the day has become worst than New Dehli, no one respect speeds, lines or anything.
Pretty much all people i know living in Tangier stay at home because it has become too risky and not worth it to do activities in Tangier.

Ive posted here before and im just going to stick to English because I don’t have the vocabulary to post in darija.
My (25F) dream is to live in Morocco, but due to being severely ill for so many years, I have no qualifications or previous experience in having a proper job. I’ve been feeling really down and hopeless because it feels completely impossible to achieve this dream of mine. People tell me that I can be an English teacher, that I can set up my own business online or smth but is this really possible? Does anyone have any words of wisdom? Or do I just give up on my dream.
