Long shot but I'm looking for an NPR podcast from around 2008
It could have been before 2008, but NPR had its first podcast that was hosted by young people that, was different than the This American Life, Radiolab podcasts. It was never a radio show it was only a podcast. I think it was hosted by a man and a woman, but it could have been more people. Does anyone remember this? I'm going to hope I can find old episodes online.

Long shot here but trying to find a podcast I used to listen too.
The podcast was two guys who started their podcasts weekly, then it became bi weekly and eventually bi monthly. The only thing I remember is right when they made their patreon one of their patreon exclusive episodes was about Robert the doll. (This was probably like 4 years or more)

Any recommendations for positive thinking/motivation podcasts? Or morning types of shows to start your day?
I’m trying to find a good podcast for my drive to work. I used to use headspace but that’s more for sitting at home meditation since sometimes you have to close your eyes.
I recently started listening to a positive thinking type podcast for my morning routine but it turned out to be a religious thing and I’m not looking for that.

Looking for podcast recommendations that tackle "Mental Health and human resiliency in times of tragedy"
I'm looking to branch out and listen to some history/news styled podcasts that take a look at mental health during big tragedies. I often wonder if people got really depressed over tragedies in human history as the times they took place, like environmental disasters, wars, world wars, plauges, etc. And how they managed stress and dealt with the depression and anxiety and feelings of hopelessness during those times. In other words "how human beings dealt with mental illness during times of tragedy". Anyone know of any podcasts that tackle this subject?

Hi there, hoping someone here might be able to find a podcast that I’ve lost but would love to finish listening to…
I can’t remember the name but I listened to it a while back on Apple Podcasts. It was all about the modern Christian revival movement, and the host was a woman who had grown up within a revival church (but had since left).
It was looking into how the movement came about and investigating the credibility of certain aspects. Unfortunately my attempts to find it are being bogged down by revival movement podcasts - this was more investigative journalism style into the movement, it was not a religious podcast.
If anyone knows what the name of this podcast might be I would be so happy!

Does anyone know the name of this podcast?
I listened to a spooky podcast a couple years ago that was an elaborate fictional story that spanned across 9 or 10 episodes (maybe more or less). I don’t remember what the exact storyline or even premise was, but I remember it had characters that were traveling in cars communicating with each other, driving through a creepy town, running into trouble on the road, etc. I know this is so super vague but if anyone could help I would love to listen to it again!!!!

This was the first podcast I ever listened to. I found them because I was trying to learn how to build DnD characters. Looking for podcasts similar to the MrBallen Podcast.
I started watching MrBallen last summer. I soon discovered he has a podcast, and l would listen to that every Monday while I was at work. Honestly, I think I enjoyed the podcast more than the videos.
Unfortunately for me (but good for him), MrBallen has a contract with Amazon making his podcast an Amazon exclusive. In November, he took every episode of the podcast off of YouTube. I wasn't able to listen to all of them before that. Honestly, I don't want to subscribe to Amazon just for one podcast.
I haven't listened to true crime podcasts or YouTube videos since November or December. Lately, though, I've been itching to get back into the genre. However, I miss MrBallen's storytelling style. Do you know any podcasts that have a similar vibe?

Samson Q2U Issue with Mac
Recently purchased a Q2U for zoom and recording on my Mac. I plug it in, the computer recognizes it.
Also, I select it on Input/Output, but when I try to record no sound is captured.
When I look at the input level there’s this constant, consistent pulsing, looks like it’s recording a heartbeat or something. But my room is very quiet.
Any thoughts? Thanks for your help!!

Any new recommendations similar to Nice White Parents, 99PI, investigative works, etc?
Hey crew, I've been itching to listen to some good, educational or deep dive investigative journalism, but I'm not really into murder docs or US History (I'm Canadian!).
I did like Nice White Parents, ReplyAll's super tech support and investigations, a lot of Gimlet's stuff, pretty much anything by 99% invisible, and many of CBC's IDeas/Quirks & Quarks. I also admit Darknet Diaries is a guilty pleasure. The only types of crime shows I'm really interested in are larger scale social or mystery, or quirky crimes / oddities, not murder or serial killers or dark stories of victims.
Whats your favourite series recently? Anything like these that you'd recommend?

I am looking for an unsolved mystery (or true crime) podcast, preferably on Spotify, that is also funny and similar in format to buzzfeed unsolved where they explain the case but there is also banter and jokes, as I scare easily and that helps ease the scary parts! Podcasts about WRITING science fiction?
I just want a hard sci-fi writing podcast. But google has utterly failed me.
I can't find any writing podcasts that are ONLY about writing science fiction. I'm specifically looking for a podcast about writing HARD science fiction. So, no FTL, no artificial gravity, no reactionless drives, no violating the laws of physics. Just a podcast about science and fiction and how the two relate. Something like the Artifexian youtube channel, about science based world-building and exploration of social issues that result from specific technologies that are possible in our near future. Artifexian has a podcast, yes, but one of the two hosts HATES hard science fiction, and likes fantasy exclusively. I am trying to find a podcast ONLY about hard science fiction writing, but all I can find are podcasts reading science fiction, sci-fi audio dramas, or writer podcasts full of people who HATE hard sci-fi or constantly talk about fantasy.
I just want a hard sci-fi writing podcast. Can anyone please help me?
