I took the Qb test for ADHD, but I don’t understand the technician’s notes following my test.

Long story short, I’m an adult male who has difficulty with ADHD symptoms.
I have been diagnosed and prescribed medication in the past.

My newest psychiatrist wanted me to take the Qb test. I did and it was horrible.
I felt dumb and incapable.

Anyways I just discovered the technician’s notes regarding my test and I have no idea how to interpret it.

My concern is that something in particular was noted as being consistent with people exaggerating ADHD symptoms.

The technicians notes are as follows:

html 10/29/24 @ 1300 hrs Two tests were performed during the ADHD assessment for monitoring behavioral anticipation and movement. Ability test was approximately 16 minutes, while tracing test was 22 minutes. Both were observed during performance by a technician, and an evaluation form with documentation of performance has been uploaded to the chart labeled Test Observation Form.
Patient presented with {{atypical*|typical}} symptoms of activity that are present throughout both tests. The second test has the most sensitive parameter for ADHD, Microevents (2.9) and show {{significant*|insignificant}} difficulty controlling hyperactivity, reporting at (99) percentile. The patient’s symptoms {{increase over time|decreased over time|have remained consistant*|were inconsistant|were hyper exaggerated}} into the test which is a pattern commonly seen in patients {{diagnosed with ADHD|not diagnosed with ADHD*|unable to take the test|trying to mimic ADHD results}}. This patient’s reaction time, the most sensitive parameter on computer + behavioral test for difficulties with attention is 0.9, which is considered slightly {{atypical*|typical}} compared to the age and gender adjusted normative group and shows some {{difficulty sustaining attention to the task*|normative attention behaviors|behaviors consistent with mimicking ADHD results}}. Commission Errors are 1.9 which is {{slightly atypical|on-par|atypical*}} and shows {{some difficulty|difficulty*|insignificant data to suggest issues with}} controlling impulsivity compared to the normative group.
This patient’s cardinal parameters, which are weighted summary scores that summarize the patients 3 core symptom areas are as follows: Activity (2.6), Inattention (0.7) and Impulsivity (2) Activity and Impulsivity indicate {{atypical*|typical}} performance in those symptom areas. The Inattention score is weighed down by a fast reaction time and is not fully representative of the patient’s inability to sustain attention.
This patient's behavioral report indicates that 99% of the control group were less active than him during the test & 98% were less impulsive.
Results of these test are also labeled in detail on a report within the chart on PDF. Total time spent with the patient to observe, monitor, and detail the patient on the findings of results was >41mins.

<END>

I would be very grateful if anyone could explain if my medical team suspects that I’m faking ADHD.

I am on Clonazepam daily, as well as 4mg Suboxone (stable). But I really do worry that these medications will leave my physiatrist and his team with an eagle eye and possibly even be motivated to ignore my ADHD symptoms. The thing is; my ADHD symptoms really do mess with my life quality a lot, and as far as I understand; it is very disabling to me as I have it severely.

Again previously diagnosed, this is just the new test, does my medical team doubt me when the tech speaks of exaggeration of symptoms?

How does someone even fake that?

Thanks - first post
