Instant Ramen with lower amounts of soy
Looking for an instant Ramen brand that doesn't have as much soy. I have a soy sensitivity (I think), and while I can handle, say, the instant Ramen noodles without issue, I find I have trouble as soon as I add the seasoning packets. (I don't think its a full-blown allergy, but it isn't pleasant). Anything out there with a smaller amount of soy than, say, Nissin or Machuran Instant Ramen square packages?

Colouring noodles
Hello! I'm receiving today 3 different types of food colouring and i want to know the ratio of food colouring to flour. I want my noodles to turn out yellow-ish, but i don't want to use egg. I have a professional dough mixer and i'm experimenting with it. Is 1% food colouring to flour too much?

Hey I don't know much about ramen but I really like this ramen from trader joes the spicy miso ramen. That got me thinking is the cheap stuff is this good I can't imagine how good the nice stuff is.
