which ramen type to learn
if you all would recommend one type of ramen for me to dedicate myself to learning how to make, which one would would it be? i’ve observed that tonkotsu is super popular on this sub and i totally see why, especially as an american. i love - an almost obnoxiously - rich broth as do, from what it seems, a lot of americans.
should i shoot for mastering the tonktosu? or do you guys have another recommendation?
