Best tsukemen Jōzankei?
Will be in Jōzankei for onsen but want to focus on getting good ramen. Any tsukemen suggestions?

There is no greater joy than feeling like a michelin star chef after adding a few simple things to instant ramen.

Two Questions for yall!
1st Question:
I always see these videos of people cooking these frozen ramen kits where essentially a restaurant or shop will freeze the broth, noodles, and toppings into a puck.
Are they available in the US at all or no? I’ve only seen them in Canadian or Euro content creator videos.
2nd Question:
Has anyone tried Joshua Weissmans Fast Tonkotsu Broth recipe? It’s the one where he does it in an Instant Pot and adds gelatin sheets. I’m considering trying it but wanted to hear if anyone had feedback.

Where to buy ramen meat
Hi sorry for the dumb lazy question. We love ramen and it feels like for the most part my chow hungry kids don’t care for the quality of broth. They just don’t and that’s ok. So, we get buy with a lot of the soupy ramen from store. Veggies, sea weed is easy to afford and add.
How and where can I get the soft tender meats. How to make them quick along with ramen and serve. The fight in restaurant ramen is that - it is too expensive 23+ $$ for small portion. And very little meat and we fight over the meat.
I know the difference between good and bad makes the ramen what it is, but really looking for ideas on how to get ramen mean as close as possible to trick the kids into believing they are getting good ramen. 🍜
Appreciate advise.
