Store bought noodles available in Spain
I tried the local Ramen shop here in Southern Spain, and it was pretty bad. So I’m going to try and make Tonkatsu Ramen myself. I can find most of the ingredients for assembling the Ramen at my local Spainish grocery stores, but not the noodles.
what brands or characteristics should I look for? That would work well for Ramen? I want to one of the Oriental food stores, and I found Chinese “egg noodles”, but I’m not sure if these have the right texture. I couldn’t find any noodles that said Ramen specifically.
I found something on Amazon, but it looks pretty sketchy.
Any pointers?

How to buy Nong Shim Black in Germany
Hallo redditors,
ich versuche gerade die allseits beliebten instant ramen im deutschen Einzelhandel zu kaufen aber hatte bisher keinen Erfolg.
Kennt jemand eine Kette, die Nong Shim Black im Sortiment hat?

help--accidentally made a bunch of pork broth
so we were cleaning out the freezer and found some bones. thought they were beef and decided to make some bone broth. found out afterward that they were pork bones. They were pretty chopped up so I don't really know what part of the pig they came from. definitely not trotters.
I'm sure we'll find a use for them, but I recently bought a slab of pork belly to make chashu, so I was hoping there might be some way to take this broth and spruce it up for ramen. I've made tonkotsu before using just one cookbook's recipe.
that was really good, but pretty involved and time consuming. i'm open to any and all ideas!
here's what went into the broth
mystery pork bones
onion
celery
garlic
carrot
salt
black pepper
pressure cooked for 3 hours
thank you!
