help--accidentally made a bunch of pork broth
so we were cleaning out the freezer and found some bones. thought they were beef and decided to make some bone broth. found out afterward that they were pork bones. They were pretty chopped up so I don't really know what part of the pig they came from. definitely not trotters.
I'm sure we'll find a use for them, but I recently bought a slab of pork belly to make chashu, so I was hoping there might be some way to take this broth and spruce it up for ramen. I've made tonkotsu before using just one cookbook's recipe.
that was really good, but pretty involved and time consuming. i'm open to any and all ideas!
here's what went into the broth
mystery pork bones
onion
celery
garlic
carrot
salt
black pepper
pressure cooked for 3 hours
thank you!

Poor
Anyone else struggle to buy groceries each month?? Ramen is the most affordable thing I have found to eat. But we can only eat so much ramen… has anyone found a way to spice up their ramen? I don’t like seafood.

Can never have too much broth because it's the best part right?

Just add hot broth to cold miso tare?
Ramen noob here. I made ramen lords miso tare and veg broth. Do I just put cold tare in the bowl and add hot broth and mix right before adding toppings, noodles and eating?
Thanks in advance!
