Shio turkey ramen

Broth is leftover turkey carcass and chicken wings simmered for half a day.
Shio tare (Dashi+salt). I've have had much better results with my soup since switching to shio tare instead of soy.
Aroma oil is a mix of neutral vegetable oil, chicken fat and pork fat with shallot, garlic, scallion and ginger fried in it to bring all that flavor.
toppings are scallion, ramen egg, chashu (cooked sous vide, I couldn't be bothered to roll it), some pan fried shiitake slices left over from the dashi and some crispy chicken skin.
As for the noodles I was able to get hold of some Hakubaku premium dried ramen noodles, which have been the best option for noodles where I live besides making your own.
Overall a success, would make again.

I legit just fucking died
Hi I just fucking died. It was my first time trying buldak ramen. I knew it was spicy but I thought the spice was in the flavor powder. I saw the packet of the spicy liquid, I thought it was soy sauce or something, so, I dumped the entire fucking packet in and took one bite and practically kissed the devils asshole . My lips and tongue are currently in the sensation of being boiled alive.
