First homemade in a while but won't be making noodles, any recommendations for my best premade options?
As the title states, making homemade for the first time in a few years but don't currently have time to do the noodles, but still would like something delicious.
What are my best options for premade noodles. Have some fairly decent asian groceries where I live if that is the best option.
Thank you in advance.

Anyone ever use tinned sardines in their dashi?
I’m really enjoying the quite long series on yt about Ramen by NHK. Many places use fresh caught and grilled sardines in their dashi but I can’t get fresh sardines where I am. But I love me some tinned sardines. I was thinking of draining and drying them off then use them in my dashi. Any thoughts?

Looking for a place where I can buy frozen ramen in bulk or as a subscription.
By bulk I mean enough to last me 2 to 3 weeks. I seen a few places but some are just not what I’m looking for.

Which of these types of ramen is your favorites?
I'm planning a bday surprise party and it will be a ramening making station, and I'm choosing what to get for pastes, sauces, and add-ins.
We're using vegetarian broth because my friend is vegan.
