Can you eat egg noodles raw
This is probably a dumb question apologies in advance but I made egg noodles. And ate some of it before it was fully cooked. As I was hungry as I was making it. However, now the internet is saying you can get a food poisoning from eating raw egg noodles. So can anyone let me know if it’s gonna finish me or if I’m being dramatic? 😭

When do you add your aromatics and vegetables in your broth ?
I always add my aromatics and vegetables 1h before the end of my cooking time, I like the taste it gives.
I tried a few times to put these elements at the start of my cooking time, but I never really liked it.
The problem is that i keep seeing ramen makers (skilled ones too) online putting their veggies at the beginning, what is the added value of putting it from the start ? I feel like the aromas get waisted

Ramen noodle classes
Hi guys, next year I'm off to japan(Sakura season), and while I had my own ramen pop up shop, I bought noodles, was worried about stuffing up making noodles myself.
I am a chef and had experience making pasta before, and have The Ramen Lords book on ramen, but would love to learn off some experts over there as I am a visual learner. So my question is, does anyone know any good cooking classes in either osaka or Tokyo? As I can confirm I'll be in those cities for atleast a few days each.
