Broth
This is probably a stupid question but can you buy the ramen broth mix on its own? Like the little packets that come with the noodles?

Red beet pickled eggs in Ramen ?
I usually put boiled eggs in my ramen, but I'm out of eggs other than my jar of red beet pickled eggs that I've made a few days ago. I was wondering if anyone has tried red beet pickled eggs in Ramen, and is it good? I just don't want to ruin my ramen.

Healthier instant ramen to buy?
It's just for two separate plane rides. 9-11 hours long. I'm not sure if I can eat the plane food that's all. I can eat vegan even though not vegan. I have a bunch of different international grocery stores around me like hmart, Great Wall, 99 ranch, etc. Whole Foods is near me too. Seafood flavor is my favorite but any flavor works and I can have spicy.

I knew shin black was good, but wow shin gold is tasty! Definitely my new favorite! Churched mine up with an egg, green onion, sesame chili oil. 🍜

Any recommendations for the best fully-vegetarian ramen recipes?
Obviously this means no meat/fish, but also no byproducts like broths, fish flakes, and so on. I’ve been trying to find a solid vegetarian ramen for a while now, but I haven’t fully got there yet. Any help is appreciated!

Bamboo shoots?
Hi!! Anyone know what type of ramen commonly has those tender juicy strips of bamboo? Does the bamboo have a specific name? I live in the US and I want to eat more bamboo because all of the times I’ve had it, they were so yummy. Thank you <3

Best ratio of noodles and broth?
Hi everyone.
I'm new to ramen and trying out a lot at home right now.
Which ratio of noodles and broth you guys would recommend? Which ratio is the best?
I've tried...
- 300ml + 150g = to much noodles
- 300ml + 130g = better but still a bit to much of noodles
Or shall I put in more than 300ml broth? Would need a bigger bowl.
Thanks for your help everyone 😊

I want to make one of Mike's recipes but in my country is imposible to find chicken feet, I've already made one broth without the feet and it was ok. But I want to know if there is any other ingredient I can use to replace the chicken feet. Thanks!

As someone who is allergic to soybeans (I'm not allergic to soy sauce for some reason), what names/ingredients should I watch out for when ordering ramen?
