Is Shin Ramyun or Indomie Hype Abis spicier and by how much in either direction?
Hi, as the title states, I’m curious which is spicier, I love Shin Ramyun, and I normally get the indomie Mi Goreng, but I recently learnt of Hype Abis… and now I’m curious.

Ramen vs udon vs soba
Not really looking for an opinion on better (9/10 I’ll choose ramen). But what do you guys think is the most common to eat in Japan? Of the big three which do you think the average person is most likely to get for a quick lunch.

Best ramen to add stuff to?
Looking for a brand/product you guys would recommend as a base. In the past I used the regular Shin Ramen with egg and green onion, but I kinda fell out of love with Shin, the “spicy” kinda got in the way of me enjoying the ramen(not that it was too spicy or anything, it was just all I could taste). Any help would be appreciated :)

Preferred way of making Buldak Carbonara?
Having it tonight for the first time(: I see some like to add American cheese, or Mozzaralla cheese, cream cheese, an egg, cream, or even milk.
What do you like to add?

Can I use Ramen Egg marinade in my broth?
I'm just quick marinating one egg for my lunch. I was wondering instead of throwing away my marinade could I add a splash of it to my broth? Is there any issue with doing this

Help me find Sapporo Ramen (Boston) elsewhere
Hello,
When I was in Boston, I used love Sapporo Ramen's house ramen https://www.yelp.com/biz/sapporo-ramen-cambridge
They had a more creamier texture and a sweeter taste that I loved. Its less oily than Tonkatsu.
I haven't been able to understand if its just their own broth or is a general style?
I am in Chicago and I cant find that ramen anymore. Please help. Thanks!
