Pressure Cooking time and Scaled Down recipes.
I have a smaller pressure cooker, and it can fit about a quarter of the ingredients for the recipes in the book (for example for the chicken paitan I can fit in 1.5kg of chicken backs and 500g of chicken feet).
With a scaled down recipe, does that effect the time in the pressure cooker? Back to the chicken paitan example, am I still in the pressure cooker for 45 minutes?

Ingredient Question – Ottogi Jin Ramen (Spicy)
Hello, all. Trying to figure out if this instant ramen pack has beef in it or not. The description on the website refers to its "beef bone stock" but neither the ingredient list on the website nor the ingredient list on the pack I have at home list beef bone or beef of any kind.
It lists oyster, but that's the only animal product which appears on the ingredient list. In fact, the ramen pack itself has no mention of beef at all, on the ingredient list or anywhere else.
I am a pescatarian, so a favorable outcome for me is that this ramen not have any beef in it (the oyster is no problem) so I can continue eating it.
tl;dr — Does anyone know whether this ramen has beef in it for real?
Where's the beef? Hopefully, not inside this packet of ramen.

Q- Neoguri change from ~25y ago?
Hi!
Q- I've been eating Neoguri regularly (~3x a year) my entire life. Can anyone validate it changing within the past 10-15y? I really think it tastes not nearly as delicious as I remember. Now I think it's much more spicy and less flavorful, like "empty". Has anyone noticed this? I've been preparing/eating it e the same way this entire time.
