People that have made ramen for 4+ guests, what do you use to cook noodles.
Hi,
I’m looking to make a ramen event for 12 persons. My only struggle is finding a way to cook 4 portions at the time on stove top. It is possible?
My options so far are:
A: Buy a propane burner and cook noodle outside (pain in the ass because I have to go outside)
B: Find a commercial electrical pasta cooker.
Thanks!

Tasted my first Buldak
The regular black bag. It was good, but I wasn't a fan of the sweetness. Does Buldak have any non sweetened flavors? I'm a fan of Top Ramen bags but they are pure savoriness without any sugar.

Can I save leftover broth?
Just made ramen (a Blue Dragon ramen noodle kit) and have loads of broth leftover. Can I save it for tomorrow and reheat it/re-boil it potentially with some fresh noodles? I've heard of someone using ramen broth to make rice too that I'm considering for one day too. I've only just started cooking ramen at home so I wanted to check 😅
