Dry or ingredients to take camping, or at least ingredients that store well without refrigeration?
Title, what are some things I can try?
So far I've got (dried) shiitake mushrooms, scallions, seaweed, bamboo shoots, biltong/jerky and freeze dried tofu. Any other additions to think of?

2 day old takeout ramen?
Hey kind of a stupid question but I got some tonkotsu ramen 2 days ago as a BOGO on Uber Eats. I saved one for today (I got the noodles + toppings and broth in separate packages too) and was just wondering if it should be still good to eat if I reheat it in the microwave or on the stove top?
Edit: sort of obvious but I forgot to add that I put it in the fridge within 30 mins of its delivery.

Americans - when you make your own ramen (not instant) what brand are you using?
When you make your own ramen what brand are you using? I’m looking to get plain noodles but make my own broth. I don’t want to use shin or anything like that. I want a more authentic restaurant style taste and texture.
