What ramen restaurants to book in tokyo (leaving tomorrow for a week!! 2/1-7/1!)
I love to try unique ramen but don't want to grief too much time lining up. I live in Asia and have basically tried half the ramen shops in my city (over 30, but rookie numbers compared to the Japanese). Any shops that aren't popular enough to already have a filled up bookings but are still unique enough to be worth a try? Not looking for your everyday bowl of tonkatsu/九州 ramen.
I adore shrimp based ramen and tsukemen so if they sell those I'm so down!
