Can i make a double soup tonkotsu?
Hey everyone
I made tonkotsu soup and heard that prople also use a double soup (dashi) for their ramen.
I'm just wondering if i can use my tonkotsu soup for a double soup? I want the soup i made to last as long as possible but also don't want to ruin the work i did by adding dashi if the soup won't have the creaminess expected from a tonkotsu.
Thanks in advance for any help with this.

The secret of making any ramen broth taste good is to add a teaspoon of whiskey. Much better than sake or mirin
