Instant Sapporo Ichiban Shio Ramen, made with leftover soup from the hot pot. It's a long-selling Japanese instant noodle product.
It goes really well with vegetables.
The addition of vinegar adds flavour and makes it very delicious.

Can i make a double soup tonkotsu?
Hey everyone
I made tonkotsu soup and heard that prople also use a double soup (dashi) for their ramen.
I'm just wondering if i can use my tonkotsu soup for a double soup? I want the soup i made to last as long as possible but also don't want to ruin the work i did by adding dashi if the soup won't have the creaminess expected from a tonkotsu.
Thanks in advance for any help with this.

Thin noodles? Where to start?
Basically new to ramen and cooking! So bare with me :)
After trying the ramen at Kamukura, I want to know how to make it.
They're thin noodles and this was served with pork.
Can anyone point me in the right direction as to what I would have to get to make this dish myself?
Thanks in advance!

The secret of making any ramen broth taste good is to add a teaspoon of whiskey. Much better than sake or mirin
