Best instant noodle for ramen?
I'm sure this question has been asked a million times but I couldn't see a quick link to access those kinds of answers. Where I can find Kansui in Dresden, Germany ? Any leads will be helpful. I checked on Amazon and nothing is available, the local Asian stores also do not have them.The only source I found to get it delivered is through the 'Ramen Supply Company' but they are charging me whopping 25€ 🙏 for shipping

Okay so recently ive been trying to spice up my instant ramen by adding veggies and i recently started adding scallions and shredded carrots and thats been great, and i just got some baby bok choy and some flank steak from the store to add as well.
One problem, im not sure how to add it in/cook it. I assume the baby bok choy is just adding in while the noodles cook, but im not sure if i should cook the steak before or how. Everytime I try to google how to add flank steak to ramen i just get to a site that tells me its good in ramen but now how to cook it. Also the instant ramen im using is sapporro ichiban ramen - if anyone has a better recommendation id love to try it!
