Newbie question - tried ramen for the first time today and
The broth was served to me in a separate bowl from the noodles and the rest of the ingredients, and I had to pour it into the other bowl myself - is this common? I found it interesting and wanted to learn the potential reason behind it.

I absolutely hate Buldak
I have had most of the flavours, even the extremely spicy ones with the full packets. I’ve put milk and cheese, green onions, etc.. to try and make it taste good but it taste like absolute shit. I cannot stand it, I try it over and over again praying I’ll like it but I think it’s terrible and cheap asf, the hype just brainwashed everyone.

Why does Top Ramen taste so amazing as a kid but as great as an adult? I ate it a lot as kid.
As a kid it tasted so delicious that I would eat 3 bowls a day once.
I loved the chicken flavored one. But when I got older it didn't taste as great. I wonder if I have changed or Top Ramen changed.

Hi, I am planning to start a small ramen shop in my area in the Philippines, but I have been thinking about whether I should make my own ramen noodles or if I should get fresh ramen noodles from a supplier for bulk orders. For all ramen business owners, what do you think is the best choice?
If you suggest getting them from a supplier, what brand would you recommend? Hopefully, it's available in the Philippines.

Second attempt at spicy Tonkotsu. First time with an InstantPot. Tastes great but not as white as boiling the bones for 10+ hours. I think it's worth it for saving so much time.

Bone Broth Packet Uses?
I have a leftover bone broth packet from a Nongshim Shin Black ramen after making an alternate hack recipe out of the rest of the box and I'm wondering if people have clever ideas what to do with it? I could just rub it on some meat as a seasoning blend, but I'm curious for other ideas.
