About to start our Instant Ramen business
Hi Fellow Noodle Fans
My daughter and I are about to start a business selling curated instant noodles boxes. It's a little business I am helping my daughter with. We have our web address (the site isn't ready yet) and business plan, beginning inventory and packaging materials, etc.
We will have all forms of instant noodles and different toppings and every box will have a special gift for your business. My daughter will be drawing original art on the boxes just for a fun little personal touch.
I have seen people on this sub talk about ramen boxes so I was curious, what are some thinks you would appreciate in a product like this. We will carry all different kinds of ramen, pho, stew, cops etc.
I am working on a little questionnaire to determine what each customer might prefer. It is only like, 4 questions. Like Spicy, Not Spicy or mixed. Etc.
Are there any suggestions from anyone? If so, I would greatly appreciate it.

Packaged mazemen ramen has a faint smell of ammonia?
It’s the packaged Sun Noodle Original Ramen, soy sauce flavor. It has been sitting in my freezer for a while, and I ate a serving of it last week (didn’t notice the smell) so I don’t think it’s bad?
The ammonia smell is pretty mild, I only smelled it when I put my face to the bowl and inhaled really deeply (it smelled really good until I did that). It smells normal otherwise.
It doesn’t taste weird either… I don’t know if it’s the ramen or the sauce that smells like it? Anyone have an idea?

Looking for vegan brother recipes.
I had an out of the world Ramen recently. It blew my mind. I am now obsessed. Today I tried to make it at home. The recipe said to use sesame paste and gochuchang paste. I did. But itnwas nothing like what I had in the restaurant.
Any suggestions on tired and tested broth recipes so I can become a Ramen queen.
